The Service and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of QuickRecharge or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use the Service or its content without the prior written consent of QuickRecharge. The QuickRecharge logo is a registered trademark of Al-Faisaliah Technologies, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. QuickRecharge does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. QuickRecharge disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. While we strive for accuracy, QuickRecharge does not guarantee that the information provided on the service is complete or current. Information about STC services are pulled from publicly available sources, and are for reference only.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, QuickRecharge shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if QuickRecharge has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall QuickRecharge's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount paid by you for the Service. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise. Example scenarios where this might apply include errors in phone number entry, temporary service outages, or unforeseen changes in STC policies.
You agree to indemnify and hold QuickRecharge and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA). The arbitration shall take place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The language of the arbitration shall be Arabic. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on all parties. In instances where arbitration is not feasible, the courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia shall have exclusive jurisdiction. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
QuickRecharge reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post any changes to these Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
